Paul and Simon have worked together for many years and have created a sound working partnership and business doing what they do best.
Paul started in Blakeney learning the trade and Simon in North Walsham, together they have over 65 years of knowledge and skills.
With our experience we can offer you traditional cuts of the finest meat also hand made sausages to your taste, but also the ability to move with modern day requirements.
We are proud to say that over the years our local workforce has grown to a team of 6. We really like to train our local young apprentices in the butchery trade, and to keep this tradition going and to support our chosen trade to stay in our high street.
